Claims of Copyright Infringement & Related Issues

Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. Please note that there may be substantial penalties for false claims.

Counter Notification Procedures

If you believe material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter notification containing the following:

• Your physical or electronic signature;

• Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it previously appeared;

• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification;

• Your name, address, and telephone number;

• A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the applicable federal district court; and

• A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original infringement claim.
